Interested in hosting our AudioSeminar and our
MediaSeminar?
Our seminars are
scheduled on Saturday from 8:00am to
6:00pm. (and sometimes on Friday also) from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
We have been traveling throughout the United States with our
HANDS-ON seminars since the year 2000 and have trained over 30,000
church volunteers who operate sound systems nationwide. Churches
that have agreed to hosting our seminars represent many different
denominations including Southern Baptist, Independent Baptist,
Assembly of God, Church of God, Pentecostal, Methodist, Lutheran,
Presbyterian and many others. We are now offering a MediaSeminar for
churches on the same day as the AudioSeminar!
When is better to host the seminars instead of
sending people to a seminar?
If you are
signing up more than 2 people and have the resources (rooms, tables,
chairs, helpers for unloading and setting up) then you should
consider hosting. Many churches have been very creative about
providing food and have shown us how to feed over a 100 people for
under $240!!! We are happy to share what we have learned in 10 years
from all these churches and will be happy to provide you with sample
menus and tips to make sure you do everything on a tight budget.
What does my church have to provide to host
the seminars?
•
A
minimum of 4 people available to assist with loading, unloading and
equipment set up on Friday evening
•
Continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments on Saturday for the
attendees and the instructors (we provide you with tips and sample
menus to help you save money!)
•
Set
up area with tables & chairs for attendees to enjoy lunch in seminar
room or adjacent room
•
Five
pieces of church's letterhead (or the art to reproduce it) and
signature on jpeg format of person signing promotional letters we
will send inviting churches in your area
•
Provide information to your association and ask them to inform
member
churches
What is needed for the
AudioSeminar?
· A
column-free, handicapped accessible room (preferably ground level)
that
will seat 90 people at tables in a classroom configuration (minimum
size room
is 50’ x 60’)
· Eighteen
8’ x 30” tables (tables can’t be any other size than 8' x 30")
What is needed for the
MediaSeminar?
· A
room (min. size 30' wide x 30' long) with 1 rectangular table in the front for the instructor’s
equipment
• A column-free,
handicapped accessible room (preferably ground level) that will seat
50 people at tables in a classroom configuration (minimum size room
is 40’ x 50’)
· Chairs
and any size rectangular tables in a classroom configuration
What does my church receive for hosting the seminars?
· Two
stations (six free
seats) for
each seminar (over $1900 value)
· A
workbook for each attendee
· A
one year subscription to Technologies for Worship magazine per
attendee
· Consultation
time with instructors after equipment is set up between 6 to 9pm on
Friday night to go over your equipment, questions or recommendations
(over $1000 value)
What do I have to do if I want my church to host the seminars?
