Bruce Lee

Bruce Lee (that is his real name!) has been involved in audio for over 35 years. With a background as a pastor, musician, sound technician, broadcaster, contractor and consultant, he is uniquely qualified to provide the absolute best training for church volunteers.

Bruce has engineered shows for some of the largest corporations in America, including Johnson & Johnson, Vistakon, Bausch and Lomb, CSX Railroad, Gould Pumps, the US Navy, Mattel, etc. as well as personalities such as poet Maya Angelou, past presidential candidate Bob Dole and Orlando Magic Vice President Pat Williams, just to name a few. His experience allows him to bring a plethora of knowledge that enables attendees to maximize the performance of their sound systems.

He stays at the cutting edge of technology advances by attending training sessions like the ones provided by Syn-Aud-Con.  He is also a speaker at major national conferences like NSCA (National Sound and Contractors Association), NAB (National Association for Broadcasters), InfoComm and Technologies for Worship Magazine.

Bruce brings with him an impressive array of equipment (over $85,000) that allows for HANDS-ON participation by attendees. His practical approach and innovative solutions to problems are invaluable for all.

Jay Delp

As a veteran trainer, writer, video producer and former youth pastor, Jay combines “state of the art” media expertise with “state of the heart” ministry experience creating a uniquely, powerful, compelling, highly-informative (and often humorous) experience for his audiences. 

Since the late 1900’s (1985) Jay has operated his Harleysville, PA ministry-based media production company, Jay Delp Productions, providing audio/video production for Christian conferences and ministries coast to coast and beyond. 

In addition to being video editor for Technologies For Worship Magazine and a regular contributor to several other Christian periodicals, Jay co-authored “Just Shoot Me” (Youth Specialites/Zondervan) and is the producer of an ever-expanding library of effective media ministry content and training resources.
